Glidexona Metrics SAS (hereinafter 'we', 'our' or 'the Company'), registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Registry under number B 923 456 781, with its registered office at 47 Rue de Rivoli, 75001 Paris, France, is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This privacy policy describes our practices regarding the collection, use and protection of your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended.
1. Data controller

2. Personal data collected
As part of our support services, we may collect the following data: first and last name, email address, telephone number (optional), content of your messages and requests, browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed), and any information you choose to share with us as part of your case. We never collect sensitive data (ethnic origin, political opinions, health data) unless you voluntarily provide it as part of your support request.
3. Purposes and legal basis for processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes: responding to your enquiries and contact requests (legal basis: your consent); providing our administrative and tax support services (legal basis: contract performance); improving the quality of our services and our website (legal basis: legitimate interest); complying with our legal and regulatory obligations (legal basis: legal obligation); sending you communications about our services, only with your prior consent (legal basis: consent).
4. Data retention period
Your personal data is retained for a period proportionate to the purpose for which it was collected. Data relating to a support case is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived for 5 years from the end of the contract, in accordance with legal obligations. Data collected via the contact form is retained for 12 months from your last interaction. Browsing data is retained for a maximum of 13 months.
5. Data recipients
Your personal data is intended exclusively for authorised members of the Glidexona Metrics team. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. However, we may transmit your data to technical subcontractors (hosting, management tools) strictly within the framework of providing our services, and subject to appropriate contractual safeguards. In the event of a legal obligation, your data may be communicated to the competent authorities.
6. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights: right of access to your personal data; right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data; right to erasure (right to be forgotten); right to restriction of processing; right to data portability; right to object to processing based on legitimate interest; right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, send your request to dpo@glidexonametrics.com with a copy of proof of identity. We undertake to respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
7. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. These measures include encryption of communications (TLS/SSL protocol), restriction of data access to authorised personnel, regular data backups, and continuous updating of our security systems.
8. International transfers
Your personal data is hosted on servers located within the European Union. In the event that a data transfer to a third country becomes necessary, we would ensure that the destination country provides an adequate level of protection, or we would implement appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses of the European Commission).
